Who I Am

My name is Jo or Joanna Flowers (MPH, ACSM-cpt, RYT). I’m a health educator with the formal education and empirical background for personal life transformations. Social status impacts our well being, and too often we turn ourselves into pieces and ignore what needs the most help. Mind and body are connected, and I apply a whole-person strategy to help you achieve your goals. I’ve been a coach since 2012, and am passionate about how we redefine success outside the confines of oppressive systems.

I’m no stranger to change and creating lasting health. What is consistent is my dedication to helping others, the knowledge I have to offer, and an open mindset to learning more!

By understanding what feels good in our bodies and what motivates, we can apply it to all aspects of our life. And that is how a better you is built. Not from thousands of crunches each day, but by each decision you make to empower your life.
