Who I Am

Joanna Flowers (MPH, ACSM-cpt, RYT) is a health educator with the formal education and empirical background that can help most anyone. Being healthy takes more than the physical. Mind and body are connected, and I apply a whole-person strategy to reaching your goals. I’ve been a coach since 2012, and am passionate about how we define healthy.

I’m no stranger to change and creating lasting health. What is consistent is my dedication to helping others, the knowledge I have to offer, and an open mindset to learning more!
