Let’s build a lifestyle that lights you up! Health includes many parts of us, and is so much more than the physical. I provide simple strategies for better health with fitness, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices.

Details: Bring your own mat, water, and sun protection. I’ll bring the music and equipment! We’ll meet in a public space, or at an outdoor workout station. Location and schedule suited to your needs! Grab a friend and set up your own slot, or join a set time. Max 3/ session!

For those who want to feel more comfortable in their skin. Who are ready to break old habits and create lasting change. Whether you’ve tried to get fit before, or want to prevent signs of aging, this is about whole-person health for a lifetime.

Includes: Scheduled 1, 2, or 3x weekly with regular assessments. Sessions are fitness-based and can include mental and emotional exercises to your own pace and interest.
