My Experience
Health in Effect incorporates the physical, mental, emotional, social, and other factors that influence well being, funneled through an evidence-based model of behavior change. That means more time spent enjoying life as you envision it.
30,000 hours as an individual fitness trainer
10,000 hours as a group exercise instructor
5,000 hours as an health coach for executives and startup business mentor
Over 500hrs training people with chronic illness
Over 300hrs training professional athletes, various sports
Supported over 20 people before, during and after pregnancies. Including supporting a few who were prescribed fitness as a fertility treatment (it worked in both cases!). One executive client who had 2 children after 40, trained for a triathlon and won her age group. Her goal was to complete the event, and it became such a success for her.
Over 500 beginners! I’ve personally transformed from unconditioned to working as a professional stunt performer, running and flipping for hours a day. I know what it takes to gain and re-gain fitness, and how much your mental state matters. Even if the slope is steep - we can build the plan to get you there. All you need is determination!
