No experience necessary, and this is appropriate for advanced athletes! Everyone benefits from low-impact interval training, whether it’s in anaerobic conditioning or expanding muscle capacity.
You need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and at least 1 set of hand weights. Bonus points if you have a fabric resistance band set.
Workouts include full-body and targeted exercises
