I'm a queer woman committed to liberating high-achievers from the dangerous impacts of stress. Marginalized people often downplay our ability to manage it, because we deal with a higher load. We can also be more likely to struggle with stress too (which is our fault and not the society we live in, right?).
Living in a marginalized body means the world constantly tells us who we’re supposed to be, and how to act. Marginalized groups include women and queer people, but the pressure to confirm is something everyone experiences. That message is so loud that we dull ourselves to disconnect from it, without processing that stress. Leftover stress contributes to illness, anxiety and can stunt professional growth.
Imagine a day-to-day where each choice you make is from an unwavering sense of YOU. Show up on your own terms, instead of reacting to the demands around you. Imagine knowing how to show up for yourself in stressful circumstances without shame. Or sleeping past 4 am without interruption!

The high-functioning high-achievers. Those who mistake being busy with being liked. It’s for the people pleasers who are fed up with the emotional labor they give to everyone around them. Those who have multiple intersecting identities, who want to reclaim a truer sense of self, of their agency, and their power.

Some of My Principles
Your health, your life, and your work do not exist in a vacuum. We are interconnected, interdependent, and that includes the environment and communities we participate in. This means you ARE important! And it’s important for you to give back.
There are many injustices, inequities, and worse in the world. As a white woman, even if I’m queer, there are privileges I’ve had. I recognize and resist systems of oppression by supporting others on their journey to building health, in all its facets.
I offer coaching while often critical of the conventional fitness, wellness and personal development spaces. Both things can be true. There are many offerings and approaches out there, and I won’t chase you down. I’ve spent my career, formal education, and personal experience on developing grassroots strategies that work. It’s my integrity to offer to the best of my skills, knowledge, and resources.
I’m not a dietitian, but I am a fitness expert. Movement is part of your well being, but not the only story! Stress and your mental perspective are as relevant as how often you exercise. Stay connected to learn more
