I’ve helped over 500 clients in 13 years to improve their health with private fitness. There are times in life we dull ourselves to disconnect. Life is stressful, and when it builds for too long stress leads to illness, anxiety, and can impact our health long term.

My Principles
You do not exist in a vacuum. We are interconnected, including the environment and communities we participate in.
You are important! And it’s important for you to give back.
“Healthy” is more than lacking disease. It includes our minds, emotions, communities, upbringing and other factors. Building better health means taking a whole-person approach.
There are many injustices in the world. There are privileges I’ve had. I recognize and resist systems of oppression by supporting others on their journey to building health, in all its facets.
I offer evidence-based fitness and health education. I resist diet-culture effects, and believe the goal is to have more healthy living years
I’m not a dietitian, but I am a fitness expert. Movement is part of your well being, but not the only story! I’m a health educator uniting public health with the diet and fitness worlds.
