There’s endless exercise advise out there, but not everyone is training for longevity. I’m interested in developing foundational markers of health that apply for every body, at every fitness level. Workbooks include an introduction, ‘how to’ advice, mental/physical/emotional routines (including breathwork), and a calendar for weekly tracking. Be prepared to work barefoot, consider your hand positions, and how you draw air in and out. It all shapes what muscles you use, and how safe your brain feels - it’s all connected!

Guide Includes: 6-weeks of daily and weekly activities for physical, mental and emotional health promotion. Whether you have access to a gym or are only working with a yoga mat, there are ways to train your body for better health. Workbooks vary with the number of workouts included, as beginners and established athletes have different needs. All guide books have a minimum of 4 customized routines. Whether you’re wanting to resolve pain, transform your body, build strength or conditioning - these workbooks are customized for you.

To begin: Purchase your guide and I’ll reach out to collect information. I need to understand your current fitness level, goals, time available and equipment/space you have access to. After that I’ll take a few days to create your guide, and send the custom pdf back.
